New Distributor Jumpstart Training

JumpStart, the first step in the MindLab process, is designed to help you launch your training, coaching, or consulting business. The two-day workshop provides opportunities for you to experience the products on a personal level with the focus of getting you ready for success.

Inscape Publishing's new JumpStart program is a two-day comprehensive product, application and sales solution program designed to help new distributors:

• Understanding and applying Inscape's flagship product, DiSC® Classic™
• Get grounded in DiSC® theory, products, and applications
• Understand how Inscape products fit into their overall solutions
• Use the Team Dimensions Profile to clarify roles and build effective teams
• Discovering resources available to you as an Inscape Distributor
• Learning solution-selling vs. product-selling approaches
• Create a plan to begin generating new sales with their identified prospects using Inscape products

This two-day session enables independent trainers and consultants to experience and discuss applications for using the Inscape profiles and resources in their business. The second day provides marketing tips for distributors Inscape Publishing is committed to providing you with training opportunities that will help you integrate Inscape Publishing products into your solutions. We have a variety of dates and locations to fit your needs.

Core Collection Tele-Training

Staying current with new developments is a challenge all trainers, coaches and consultants face. As an Inscape member, you can meet this challenge by taking part in our latest MindLab offering: continuing education on the Core Collection products. Our new tele-training courses mean you can tap into the knowledge you need to effectively market Inscape products without expensive travel and time-consuming classroom training. You choose the sessions that meet your needs and fit into your schedule. All you need is access to a telephone!

But this is not your basics 60-minute tele-training class. Your registration includes an opportunity to take the online assessment online and familiarize yourself with personalized feedback report. You’ll also get an online, self-paced tutorial that gives you an in-depth understanding of the profile’s model and provides an overview to facilitation.

Learning Objectives

By taking the assessment, completing the tutorial, and participating in the tele-class, you can start crafting solutions that include the Core Collection profiles of your choice. You’ll learn:

• How to identify and address the underlying causes of common organizational issues
• Specific examples of each instrument in consulting, training and coaching applications
• The range of insights built into each Core Collection profile
• How to tie each profile to training industry trends
