Shipping and Handling Fees
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order (before tax). Standard shipping is 7-14 business days. When overnight delivery is specified, additional charges will be added to your order. Overnight shipping is available via Federal Express. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery.

Orders over $6000 add $30 shipping/handling charge for each $500 increase in product order.
At Konsultco, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and send your items where and when you need it. In the 'additional instructions' section of your order form, just specify that you need your order sent to multiple locations or on multiple dates. Konsultco will call you or send you an email in order to obtain the details and verify your order instructions for security purposes. No split shipments can be sent without verification. We require that at least one full carton of product is shipped to each location. Each shipment will be billed individually on your final invoice and an additional handling charge of $10.00 for each additional location added.
Split Shipments: Please contact Konsultco directly if you are placing a split shipment order.
International Shipments: Please contact Konsultco directly if you are ordering internationally (outside the continental US). Shipping rates will vary based on the country.

Volume Purchase Discounts
Online volume discounts are automatically calculated based on the total dollar amount of your purchase for profiles, facilitator’s kits and guides, and other supporting materials. Sample Sets, Seminars, On-Line Self Paced Courses, MDP and TDP Trainer Kits and Service Essentials products are not included or discounted.

Our order system is not set up to accommodate this special type of pricing, therefore orders must be placed by telephone.

Payment Options
Konsultco accepts the following credit cards:
1. Pay OnLine: You can pay on-line with your credit card using our Secure Server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
2. Pay By Fax: You can print your order and fax it to us with your credit card information. After you fill in our standard order form, you can print the order via your Internet browser and fax to us at 480-614-0465.
3. Pay By Telephone: You can pay by telephone with your credit card information.
4. Pay By Check: You can print your order and mail it to us with your check or money order. After you fill in our standard order form, you can print the order via your Internet browser to send us. (Note that we cannot process your order until your payment is received. Orders may be delayed for check clearing.)
